Wii Fit Challenge~: Yes, the little bugger says something if you miss days

So, notice how the "balance age" is back? That's because it's no longer humiliating me. It's no longer in the mid-50s. And honestly, my balance has changed a lot--my weight per leg, to my shock, was almost perfect, and the "almost" was so piddling I wanted to stick my tongue out at the stupid machine--49.8 and 50.2 is close e-frickin'-nuff, considering it had been a lot closer to a 60-40 split when I started, and also nowhere near the center but really far back. It was almost dead center. So yeah, that's one big difference the Wii has made, and I can feel the difference when I stand and walk, and how different muscles are getting a workout. So, if your balance sucks, I can not recommend Wii Fit Plus enough, I really can't.
OK, I just want to say that the little touches are the cutest damned thing. Like, when I started the program, the little balance board character immediately said, "Trick or treat!" instead of "Konban wa!" And went on to "It's Hallowe'en today!"
I spent this whole exercise time doing yoga because for some reason I got tired out after about ten minutes (and I was sweating; something I never do when I do yoga. It makes me think I'm wiped out and maybe coming down with something, so I decided to ease back into things), and when I was clicking my way back to get my stats, my Mii character was doing yoga poses. XD
And speaking of "easing back into things," I haven't used the Wii Fit+ in four days. I know it was four days because after the cute "Happy Hallowe'en!" stuff, it went, "So. It's been four days since you exercised. Please do your best to exercise every day," and I wanted to stick my tongue out again (one of those days, I walked an hour home instead, and yesterday I missed because I ended up going out for dinner and karaoke with a friend, and didn't get back until 11:30, and when I got back, I went, "...Bed *thud*.")
And you know, I was mildly dreading staring up again, because I was sure the damned thing was going to tell me I gained weight--I ate a shitload of Indian food yesterday (the two of us needed to be all but rolled out of the restaurant. XD) and today the only thing I wanted to eat was grilled cheese sandwiches and soup. Plus, yeah, gaming most of the day. I fully expected to be having to justify my weight gain to the implacable little game, but no--I had lost weight! So ya-hoo!
But yeah, since I was feeling kinda blugh today, I stuck with yoga, and decided to go through all of the yoga exercises, including the ones that had scared me because they all said "high-level."
To "high-level," I'd like to say "Yeah, whatev," since, um, yeah, they were kind of a breeze. And then I remember my ligaments made of boiled spaghetti, and go, "Oh, yeah." So that should be taken with a grain of salt, since I'm ridiculously flexible.
I'm kinda sad, though, that there's not more yoga, same as I am with the step dance--I'm a little over a week in, but I've got 3-4 stars (3 stars is 80 pts and above; 4 stars is 90-100) for all of them, some of them with scores of around 98, and one might have gotten a perfect score. And I like them, even though there is a serious disconnect between me and the game--I'm usually thinking, "Holy fuck I suck," then get my score and go, "Wha?"
Tomorrow I'm going to make sure I get an hour of exercise time in, unless I'm feeling asstastic. At least thirty minutes a day is the overall goal. Hopefully I won't be as tired out tomorrow, so I can do some of the more aerobic or strength-building exercises...but even then, I'm definitely gravitating towards exercises and stretches designed to work on the inner thighs, since they have a lot of building up to do to make up for the lifetime of not using them. :D

Methinks I'm really gonna have to get this game in the near future. You make it sound so interesting!
