Wii Fit Challenge~: ...why is Albert Wesker by the side of the road?

BMI: 29.27
exercise Time: 36 min
Calories Burned: 236
Balance Age: 28

Today was a national holiday, so I had the day off. I had planned to spend today writing and gaming, but around 11 I got an e-mail from a friend, inviting me to go out to Osaka with her. So, yeah, duh, after I did some necessary stuff around the house (I needed to air out my futon--I'd planned to last Sunday, but it rained argh) so once I got my futon beaten and aired out, off I went.

I got home around eleven, and even though I had been walking around all day, I was like, "...if I don't exercise or at least turn the damned Wii Fit on and weigh myself, it's going to scold me tomorrow. >_<;", so, yeah, The Disappointed Anthropomorphic Wii Fit Balance Board Character is effective. On the train home, I figured I could put in two of the long running games, which would put me close to two hundred calories burned, plus two of the fun bouncy dance step ones would put me close enough to 275. I have to get them in before midnight, or else it counts it as tomorrow. I was kinda close to midnight, but I got it in.

I also almost didn't do my Wii Fit because I had been playing FF:Gaiden on my DS and OMFG CUTE DIDN'T WANT TO STOP. But, again, images of the Chiding Anthropomorphic Wii Fit Balance Board and my internal meanie ("That's why you're a fatass, fatass!") got me to in my workout clothes and on the balance board.

I also got a shock when my BMI went up, by a lot, and was grousing about how I hadn't eaten that much today and had been walking all over the place all day today, and fuck it, I deserved that okonomiyaki even though ok, I had eaten too much and my stomach was telling me several hours later that I should have stopped after the bit of yakisoba. Then I went, "...wait a minute, I was wearing shorts when I'm usually just wearing a T-shirt (I usually only put on shorts when I'm about to do the running game, since it needs to be in your pocket, and since I planned mainly running games today...), and also, I was holding the Wiimote. Well fuck that!" and weighed myself again after chucking the shorts and Wiimote, and lo and behold, yes, a lower BMI today. So w00t.

So I did two of the long-course around the island runs, and I have to admit, it's fun to watch the little Miis go by--one of them kept tripping up all over everything. XD The game randomly generate Miis, including the one you chase, so I was sad not to get Otakon again..until I was jogging through the "tunnel" and saw a Mii that looked waaaay too much like RE's Albert Wesker and I went, "...Why is Albert Wesker cheering me on?" and WTFed, then WTFed at my own nerdiness. >XD

On a non-nerdy note, I finally got four stars on both step games today, and also got four stars on the running. So go, me!

On days when I can't get a full, long exercise in, I'm going to do like I did today, and cut the yoga out and focus on fat-burning exercises. The yoga is great, but when it's 11 o'clock and I want to see my bed before 1 am, it's a short program for me. XD
